Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an IT Asset Management Intern to support the EU IT assets lifecycle, including laptops, mobile devices, and subscriptions. You will assist with onboarding/offboarding, asset tracking, and collaboration with IT, HR, Logistics, and Procurement across countries, including the US team.

You will own a defined asset management project and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international IT environment, based at the Amsterdam office.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Proactive with ownership of tasks.
• Interest in IT operations, asset management, inventory or logistics.
• Able to work independently after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of end-user IT assets across the EU region.
• Maintain accurate records for laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and peripherals.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding by preparing and returning devices.
• Aid with laptop ordering, reimaging, packing and shipping.
• Help track mobile devices and subscriptions.
• Send reminders about returns and updates.
• Document asset management processes and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and countries.
• Participate in alignment meetings with the US IT team.

Education

Bachelor in IT / Information Management / Computer Science or related field
