We are looking for an experienced and driven EU Influencer Talent Manager to join our growing EU talent team. Based in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing influencer relationships and paid partnerships, primarily across the Dutch market, with scope to support other EU regions.

This role is all about growing our key EU regions: driving revenue through performance-based influencer campaigns and Meta paid partnerships, building brand awareness, and cultivating a high-performing roster of talent aligned with the JSHealth values and brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing and onboarding: Identify and recruit micro, mid-tier, and macro high-converting influencers in the Dutch and wider EU market who align with JSHealth’s brand values and have high engagement.
• Campaign Management: Lead the execution of influencer campaigns from negotiating rates and briefing to performance analysis, ensuring on-brand messaging, timely delivery, and measurable ROI. Generate revenue through Meta Paid Partnership campaigns and whitelisting.
• Data & Reporting: Track performance metrics (especially ROI), generate reports, and deliver insights to optimise future campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
• Market Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams to explore new market opportunities across the EU, testing new creators and localising strategies per region.
• Event Management: Organise and coordinate influencer activations and events in key EU regions.

About You

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital partnerships, preferably within a wellness, beauty or fashion brand.
• Strong network and understanding of the Dutch influencer and social media landscape.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of managing performance-based influencer campaigns.
• Proactive, highly organised, and results-driven with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for wellness, health, and building genuine creator relationships.
