Job summary

Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services, and we are hiring a Technical Project Manager for Carrier Integrations. You will own end-to-end delivery from signed contract to live traffic, reading carrier APIs, scoping integrations, and driving them across Product, Eng, and Connectivity Operations.

You will join a squad with a Network Product Manager and Engineers, shaping playbooks and tooling as we scale into new markets, while keeping timelines and risk in check.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program/project management at a tech company.
• Hands-on experience running API-based integrations.
• Ability to read API documentation and discuss architecture with engineers.
• Proven track record delivering multi-stakeholder builds end-to-end.
• Structured communicator with ability to drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the integration program with timelines and risk logs.
• Set the pace for the integration squad and keep plans aligned.
• Own delivery end-to-end across Product, Engineering and Connectivity Ops.
• Translate carrier documentation into a clear build plan.
• Build and evolve the playbook and tools for carrier integrations.
• Be the connective tissue across Gigs, carriers and vendors.
• Shape how the function works as the company scales into new markets.
