Job summary

Gigs is building an operating system for mobile services, enabling technology companies to embed global connectivity into their products. You will own end-to-end delivery of carrier integrations, coordinating API work, documentation, and cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or project management, technical delivery, or solutions/partner engineering at a technology company
• Hands-on experience running API-based integrations
• Ability to read API documentation and technical specifications directly
• Ability to hold substantive technical discussions with engineers about architecture and tradeoffs
• Experience owning ambiguous, multi-stakeholder builds end-to-end, including external partners, from kickoff to launch
• Strong, structured communication skills for alignment across Engineering, Product, and external carrier or vendor stakeholders, including leadership
• A bias toward unblocking issues by identifying risks early and driving them to resolution
• Comfortable building a new function from scratch and defining how it operates
• Nice to have: prior exposure to telecom, MVNO, eSIM, or carrier/network operator ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate carrier integration programs using timelines, status trackers, risk and decision logs, and launch-readiness checklists
• Set the pace for the integration squad and hold internal teams and carriers accountable to the shared plan
• Own delivery end-to-end by tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks and driving resolution across Product, Engineering, and Connectivity Operations
• Partner with Engineering as a technical peer on API contracts, eSIM and interconnect flows, and network configuration
• Translate carrier technical specifications and API documentation into sequenced execution plans
• Run technical alignment through agendas, decision logs, follow-through, and early risk identification
• Coordinate communication across Gigs, carriers, and third-party vendors and elevate issues appropriately
• Help build the tools, templates, and processes for technical carrier integrations
