Job summary

Cooltree is seeking a sustainability consultant to help shape ESG strategies and actions for real estate clients in Amsterdam. You will manage consultancy engagements, analyze data, and present insights that drive tangible environmental and governance outcomes.

With a Master’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, you will translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience; experience in construction, real estate, and/or sustainability is a significant advantage.
• Strong affinity for sustainability and a genuine desire to make an impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage consultancy engagements for (new) Cooltree clients.
• Contribute to ESG strategy and policy development and manage sustainability action programs for clients.
• Identify market developments and present insights to clients.
• Apply CSRD, SFDR and related standards; coordinate annual sustainability reporting per GRI/EPRA/INREV.
• Prepare reports and compelling presentations communicating ESG performance and recommendations.
• Support market launch of new products and services; contribute to in-house/client training and workshops.
