Job summary

Rituals offers an internship in the Internal Control, Risk & Non-Financial Reporting team at our Amsterdam head office. You will support CSRD reporting, data collection, and drafting of non-financial reports while collaborating with HR, Sustainability and Sourcing.

The full-time role runs 5–6 months from 1 February 2027, with a monthly salary of €550 based on 40 hours. This hands-on experience covers ESG metrics and non-financial disclosure in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled for full duration of internship.
• Current studies in business, finance & control or sustainability.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting data for non-financial reporting and CSRD compliance.
• Support drafting of the Sustainability Report and local level reporting metrics.
