Job summary
Avanade is seeking an experienced ERP Advisory Manager to shape and lead complex ERP transformation journeys for clients in the Netherlands. You will advise senior business and technology leaders on ERP strategy, operating model design, governance, and value realization, while guiding modernization of finance and supply chain capabilities.
Beyond client work, you will influence presales, solutioning, and growth of our ERP Advisory capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and capability
Qualifications
- 7+ years of ERP advisory, management consulting, ERP transformation or related field.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation and ERP programs.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Dynamics AX, or comparable ERP platforms.
- Experience across one or more full ERP transformation lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes.
- Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Strong workshop facilitation and business case development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP advisory engagements from strategy through value realization.
- Develop ERP transformation strategies, business cases, roadmaps and operating models.
- Advise executives on ERP modernization and digital transformation.
- Provide governance and strategic guidance for large-scale programs.
- Facilitate executive workshops and business process design.
