Job summary

Avanade is seeking an experienced ERP Advisory Manager to shape and lead complex ERP transformation journeys for clients in the Netherlands. You will advise senior business and technology leaders on ERP strategy, operating model design, governance, and value realization, while guiding modernization of finance and supply chain capabilities.

Beyond client work, you will influence presales, solutioning, and growth of our ERP Advisory capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and capability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP advisory, management consulting, ERP transformation or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation and ERP programs.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Dynamics AX, or comparable ERP platforms.
• Experience across one or more full ERP transformation lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes.
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong workshop facilitation and business case development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.

We are looking for an experienced ERP Advisory Manager to help clients shape and lead complex ERP transformation journeys. You will advise senior business and technology leaders on ERP strategy, operating model design, governance, and value realization, while helping organizations modernize their finance and supply chain capabilities.

Beyond client delivery, you will play a key role in presales and solutioning, shaping opportunities and proposals, and contributing to the growth of our ERP Advisory capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and capability building. This is an opportunity to combine transformation leadership, commercial impact, and people development in a highly visible role.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead complex ERP transformations

• Lead ERP advisory engagements from strategy through value realization.
• Develop ERP transformation strategies, business cases, roadmaps, and target operating models.
• Advise CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and business leadership teams on ERP modernization and digital transformation.
• Provide governance, stakeholder management, and strategic guidance for large-scale transformation programs.
• Facilitate executive workshops, decision‑making sessions, and business process design activities.

Drive business development and solutioning

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and identify transformation opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to presales activities, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, solution shaping, and client presentations.
• Build compelling business value narratives that connect ERP investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, sales teams, technology leaders, and industry experts to develop integrated solutions.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives and help establish thought leadership in ERP transformation.

Build and grow capability

• Help establish and expand a market‑leading ERP Advisory capability.
• Develop methodologies, assets, accelerators, offerings, and points of view.
• Coach and mentor consultants and analysts to accelerate their professional growth.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and talent development activities.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in ERP advisory, management consulting, ERP transformation, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading complex business transformation and ERP programs.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Dynamics AX, or comparable ERP platforms.
• Experience across one or more full ERP transformation lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and business case development capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
