Job summary

Sowelo Consulting is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to join our Netherlands team. You will research, diagnose, and resolve issues for customer change events and escalate when needed. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the Breukelen office.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in client-facing roles, plus fluency in Dutch and English. You will build strong client relationships and help ensure projects stay on track from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant client-facing experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication, including explaining complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of the implementation project.
• Consult with clients to analyze operational needs and business objectives.
• Provide proactive project updates and manage expectations.
• Serve as a customer advocate to align deliverables with client goals.
• Navigate incomplete requirements or trading partner specifications.
• Build strong relationships with trading partners and understand their context.
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Work with moderate supervision, with some independent judgment.
• Track progress of implementation projects and meet deadlines.
