Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum is seeking an experienced ERP Engineer to shape the technology behind our high-volume warehouse operations. You will design and build Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management solutions and integrate them with surrounding systems.

Join a collaborative team of product owners, consultants, and stakeholders to optimize inbound and outbound processes, inventory movements and fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions with strong expertise in Warehouse Management (WMS) and X++ development.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, fulfilment and inventory management, translating challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience building enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OData, DMF, Business Events or Dual-write; passionate about clean, maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Microsoft Dynamics 365 Warehouse Management (WMS) solutions that support high-volume warehouse operations across inbound logistics, inventory management and outbound fulfilment.
• Develop custom X++ solutions, integrations, Data Entities, APIs, workflows and business events, connecting Dynamics 365 with warehouse technologies and surrounding enterprise systems.
• Enhance warehouse execution processes, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping and inventory movements to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Drive engineering excellence by performing code reviews, mentoring colleagues, optimising application performance and contributing to CI/CD, release management and Microsoft development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Product Teams, QA Engineers and warehouse stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
