Job summary

Asahi Europe and International is seeking an experienced Change Manager in Enschede, Netherlands. The role involves independent delivery of change management for a SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation, ensuring leadership buy-in, business readiness, and ROI realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in core Change Management or transformational change projects.
• University degree required.
• Advanced verbal and written proficiency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Develop stakeholder analyses and messaging for key audiences.
• Create Change Impact Assessments and analyze effects on people and processes.
• Draft change management plans and KPIs to drive adoption and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with country leaders and partners to align local working practices.
