Zusammenfassung

Asahi Europe & International is seeking an experienced Change Manager to independently drive and embed change for a new ERP SAP S/4HANA implementation across markets. You will work with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure leadership buy-in, business readiness and benefits realization.

The role focuses on developing change plans, stakeholder engagement, training needs, and KPIs to measure adoption.

Qualifikationen

• +3 years’ experience in core Change Management role/implementing transformational change
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and lead change
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced project environment

Aufgaben

• Develop stakeholder understanding and messaging; support coaching for leaders
• Conduct Change Impact Assessments and analyze future working methods
• Create and implement change management plans, communication strategies and adoption KPIs
• Define training requirements and support learning tools for future ways of working
• Measure change effectiveness and report to senior leaders; drive handover to BAU
• Build change management capability within the business
