Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Equipment Engineer for general equipment (fridges, freezers, TSCUs) and Upstream Processing (USP) within the LV Operations. You will strengthen the team with expertise in TCSUs, cell culture, wave bioreactors, single-use bioreactors, shaker flasks, and cell counts.

You will act as system owner, handling acute troubleshooting, process validation, training, and writing procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biotechnology, biochemistry, biomedicine, or process technology.
• Manufacturing specialist with 3–4 years of biotech/biopharma experience.
• Knowledge of fridges/freezers (TCSU), cell culturing, incubators, and single-use bioreactors.

Aufgaben

• Ensure production equipment is in a validated state, documentation is up to date, and capacity meets planning.
• Act as system owner for troubleshooting and support of cGMP batches in LV Operations.
• Lead improvements, write procedures, and participate in cross-functional project teams.
• Develop and maintain equipment-related reports and KPI’s, tracking uptime/downtime/lifecycle.
• Support new product introduction and maintain reliability through continuous innovation.
