Job summary

The Member Company in Nijmegen (Netherlands) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist for our gas and chemical systems in a high-tech semiconductor wafer factory. You will work in a dynamic, result-oriented environment dedicated to reliability and efficiency.

Your focus is on coordinating with subcontractors, analyzing tool data, and driving improvements to safety, quality, availability and cost performance. You will train technicians and keep documentation up to date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with subcontractors on maintenance activities, priorities, planning, and follow-up actions.
• Analyze tool data and develop improvement plans for KPIs: safety, quality, availability, and costs.
• Prepare, manage, and execute projects to improve the reliability and availability of the gas and chemical systems.
• Determine the requirements for modifications to the gas and chemical systems.
• Test and accept modified systems.
• Keep documentation and procedures up-to-date.
• Train and coach maintenance technicians.
• Support the maintenance teams with complex malfunctions and questions.

The department

You will be working in a semiconductor wafer factory with a large cleanroom, where products are mainly manufactured for the automotive industry. The Maintenance Support & Gas and Chemical Systems section is responsible for all gas and chemical installations that supply gases and chemicals to the production tools, as well as all gas detection systems.

What will you do?

• You coordinate daily with subcontractors regarding maintenance activities, priorities, planning, and follow-up actions.
• You work on continuous improvement: you analyze tool data and develop improvement plans for the key KPIs: safety, quality, availability, and costs.
• You prepare, manage, and execute projects to improve the reliability and availability of the gas and chemical systems.
