Job summary

Trinamics is seeking an EHS-focused technician to support high-tech cleanroom production. You will release hydrogen to lithography systems, perform helium leak tests, and interpret RGA reports while ensuring strict safety procedures are followed.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of hands-on technical experience, an MBO level 4 in a technical field, and excellent English communication. The role offers a permanent contract, a 2-shift schedule including one weekend per month, and opportunities for

Responsibilities

• Release hydrogen (H2) to lithography systems safely and in a controlled manner
• Perform advanced helium leak tests on vacuum systems
• Work with RGA tooling and interpret RGA reports
• Carry out EHS processes: incident management, compliance, JSA, risk management, inspections and audits, sustainability reporting
• Ensure colleagues comply with safety procedures on the work floor
• Apply technical skills hands-on in a cleanroom production environment
• Strengthen EHS culture and drive safety improvements

Job description

• You release hydrogen (H2) to lithography systems in a safe and controlled way.
• You perform advanced helium leak tests on vacuum systems.
• You work with RGA (residual gas analysis) tooling and interpret the RGA reports.
• You carry out key EHS processes, such as incident management, compliance management, job safety analysis (JSA) and risk management, inspections and audits, and sustainability reporting.
• You make sure colleagues work in line with the safety requirements in the procedures.
• You apply your technical skills hands-on in a cleanroom production environment.
• You strengthen EHS culture and communication on the work floor and drive safety improvements.

Must-haves

• Advanced vocational education (MBO level 4) in a technical or other relevant field, with knowledge of EHS processes and procedures.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on technical experience, for example in assembly or as a car or aircraft mechanic.
• A safety-first mindset.
• Good communication skills in English; you work with many different stakeholders.
• Available for a 2-shift support schedule, including one weekend per month.
• Confident and stable, a positive team player who can work under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a high-tech cleanroom environment.
• Experience with vacuum technology, helium leak testing or RGA.
