SABIC Bergen op Zoom is immediately looking for enthusiastic Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians, both entry-level and experienced candidates. What will you do as an E&I Technician at SABIC? You’ll be responsible for maintaining our installations in our factories. Your safety, that of your colleagues, our processes, and the environment are our top priorities. You’ll also receive internal training to become a senior technician, meaning you’ll learn all the ins and outs of a factory! You’ll be part of a close-knit team.

How You can be the Impact?

• Resolving E&I malfunctions in our systems
• Carrying out and supervising repairs and optimizations to our systems
• Carrying out preventive tasks and improvements
• Proposing improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and costs
• Supervising projects and work carried out by third parties
• Managing and partially maintaining technical documentation within the field
• This role includes providing on-call services

What Matters to SABIC?!

• You have around 5+ years of work experience (more experience in sector welcome)
• You see troubleshooting and working on machines as a challenge
• You have knowledge of PLC technology, motor controls, and electrical components
• You have a vocational education (MBO) level 3/4 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• You are meticulous, results-oriented, independent, and have perseverance
• You can respond quickly and accurately to changes
• You are a team player and have good communication skills
• You are fluent in both English and Dutch (both written and spoken)
