OTC Flow B.V. is seeking a Commercial Strategy Analyst to identify market opportunities in renewable energy and environmental commodities, and to develop go-to-market strategies.

You will support Sales Traders with data-driven insights, translating market dynamics into actionable business cases that drive the firm’s trading growth. The role requires 2+ years in related fields, a finance or economics background, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, commodity trading or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Environmental Commodities, OTC trading or Energy sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market insights into business actions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Seize new market opportunities in renewable energy, carbon credits, and environmental commodities to drive growth.
• Empower Sales Traders and brokers to identify and execute profitable trading opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and develop actionable insights to redefine trading strategies.
• Lead with expertise on developments, regulations, and market dynamics affecting origination efforts and profitability.
• Build robust business cases for entering new markets or launching new products.
• Deliver maximum results by identifying, executing, and expanding high-value opportunities affecting P&L growth.
• Use investment banking experience and advanced modeling to assess risks and forecast returns.
