Job summary

Fenci B.V. is seeking a Design Lead to steer the design of complex infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. You will lead a team of engineers and coordinate with clients including public works authorities and municipalities.

Responsibilities include engineering of mechanical and electrical installations, ventilation for tunnels, climate control and pumping systems, while guiding multiple projects and driving innovation and efficiency within the implementation team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design teams for complex infrastructure projects.
• Ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong grasp of mechanical and electrical installations in tunnels and large-scale infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team of 5-10 Lead Engineers on Infrastructure projects.
• Act as liaison with clients such as public works, provinces and municipalities.
• Oversee engineering of mechanical and electrical installations including ventilation, climate control and pumping systems.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure integration across all phases.
• Develop and mentor technical team members to improve performance and growth.
• Identify opportunities within projects to improve results and market position.
