Protolabs is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Amsterdam. This entry-level role focuses on managing transactional sales for CNC and 3D Printing services, supporting customers through the full sales process and contributing to growth.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales background, and a drive to achieve targets while building strong customer relationships. Fluency in German is desired, and CRM proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a steady stream of transactional sales opportunities and orders for CNC and 3D Printing services.
• Support lead generation and nurture prospects to grow the sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and drive acquisition and retention.
• Maintain communications with internal partners and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Assist in post-sale follow-ups and administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
