Job summary

Protolabs in the Netherlands is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR). This entry-level role focuses on managing a steady stream of transactional sales opportunities and orders for our CNC and 3D Printing service lines, supporting customers through the full sales process and aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets.

You will build relationships, generate new opportunities, nurture prospects, conduct discovery calls, and use CRM tools to track pipeline.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with 0–2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on opportunities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and customer-focused.
• Fluent in German is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress sales opportunities through the sales process.
• Generate new opportunities and nurture prospects to build a dynamic pipeline.
• Prepare and conduct customer meetings and presentations.
• Use CRM and sales tools to track engagement and follow-ups.
• Support customer inquiries via multiple channels.
