Qualifications

2+ years of enterprise pre-sales experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to multi-level audiences.
Fluent in English with ability to articulate complex solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with account teams and channel partners to understand customer needs and map to Atlassian products and solutions.
Identify cross-product opportunities and drive value-based demonstrations.
Understand customer pain points and articulate how Atlassian solves them.
Lead compelling demonstrations, both standard and customized, in the sales cycle.
Guide customers' technical needs to win buy-in and close enterprise deals.
Collaborate with sales to discuss current and upcoming opportunities and provide feedback.
Capture product feedback and competitive insights for internal product development.
Continuously learn and update pre-sales knowledge and solution offerings.
Build and sustain strong relationships with sales counterparts.
