Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Software Platform Partner II to provide tactical advisory ensuring value from the portfolio of services and applications. You will act as a platform advisor, share best practices, and represent Arcadis tech in vendor meetings while collaborating with operational teams on adoption and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering platform support and operational excellence in complex global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of platform capabilities, integrations and business requirements.
• Ability to solve technical and operational problems using structured approaches.
• Experience in platform administration, configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement for stable service delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve performance and user experience.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to deliver requirements.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for global, cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to plan and deliver small to medium platform projects from inception to operation.
• Experience contributing to governance, documentation and knowledge management.
• Knowledge of IT service management principles and release management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a platform technical and functional advisor.
• Provide consultancy and share best practices across global teams.
• Represent Arcadis tech colleagues in vendor enterprise meetings.
• Collaborate with operational teams on adoption, pursuits and delivery.
• Help administer and leverage project data within CDEs and apply AI effectively.
• Support knowledge management and KBAs.
• Drive adoption of the best-suited applications and platforms for tasks.
• Assist in contract management and escalation handling.
• Partner with designated service areas and Arcadis enabling functions to ensure policy compliance.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing across towers and teams.
