Job summary

Cyclomedia is seeking an Enterprise Application Architect to own and evolve our core technology stack across US and Europe. You will lead the end-to-end design, build, and maintenance of Dynamics, Fabric, Power Platform, Power BI, and SharePoint, partnering with stakeholders across finance, ops, sales, and technology.

This hands-on role requires global perspective, strong integration experience, and a proactive approach to improving data reliability and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Finance & Operations
• Broader working knowledge of Microsoft 365/Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint)
• Power BI skills, from data modeling to dashboard delivery
• Experience designing and maintaining system integrations (REST APIs, Dataverse connectors, iPaaS tools)
• Proven ability to operate in a global, multi-entity environment with stakeholders across time zones
• Self-directed and comfortable owning systems end-to-end without a team beneath you
• Strong communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences across cultures

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and delivery of our Microsoft Fabric environment globally, including lakehouses, pipelines, and semantic models
• Build and maintain reliable data flows from source systems into Fabric for reporting and analytics across US and European teams
• Establish data governance standards, documentation, and data quality practices that work across both regions
• Design and build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports that support business operations
• Own the integration layer between Dynamics and third‑party systems across US and European operations
• Manage SharePoint as a collaboration and document management platform for global teams, ensuring governance and adoption
• Drive the global roadmap for the Microsoft platform in alignment with business priorities
• Collaborate with stakeholders in finance, operations, sales, and technology across regions
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Finance & Operations
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, reduce manual work, and increase data reliability across regions
