Job summary

Robeco Marketing & Distribution Services is seeking a Dynamics 365 Application Engineer to bridge between business users and IT. You will support, configure, maintain and improve the Dynamics 365 platform, covering Sales, Marketing and Client Services, with a focus on stability, security and user experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment, configure Power Platform solutions, manage releases, and contribute to testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration and administration.
• Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience with incident, problem management, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Dynamics 365 platform across Sales, Marketing, and Client Services.
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles and workflows.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including regression and user acceptance testing.
• Manage application releases and deployments to production environments.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders in an Agile way.
