Job summary

Salesforce Netherlands is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to grow and expand its Retail and CPG footprint. You will upsell and cross-sell Salesforce products within existing enterprise accounts and engage C‑suite stakeholders on value-based solutions.

You will work closely with customers as a trusted advisor, evangelizing Salesforce Platform solutions to help achieve business goals and blaze new trails within organizations, while contributing as a valued member of the Ohana.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Executive in the technology industry with a proven record of success in Retail
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions and ability to articulate their benefits to potential customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills able to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of new business growth
• Results-oriented with a proactive, energetic approach that drives team momentum
• Experience evaluated on core competencies (leadership, volunteering, or related roles)

Responsibilities

• Account Planning and Strategies: establish plans to hit sales objectives by qualifying opportunities
• Research and Discovery: understand customer processes, challenges, and goals using value hypotheses
• Solutioning: identify compelling value propositions and demonstrate tech solutions
• Customer Communication: interact clearly and promptly via writing, speaking, presentations
• Resource Application: leverage available resources to drive results
• Team Selling: coordinate with account team and partners to support deals and customer success
