Toloka is seeking a Program Director to own and scale Enterprise fine-tuning projects across a major client portfolio. This senior, hands-on role partners with business development, product and engineering teams to drive revenue growth through exceptional client outcomes.

You will manage discovery, scoping, timelines and stakeholder alignment, turn business problems into defined engagements, and oversee end-to-end delivery with a focus on security, SLAs and repeatable playbooks.

Qualificações

• Strong consulting experience with a track record of hands-on client delivery.
• Working technical fluency in LLMs and fine-tuning; collaborate with ML engineers.
• Product and process management skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Experience with large enterprises, including procurement processes and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• STEM background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Run discovery with the client: interviews, use-case prioritisation, ROI, then scope and deliver end-to-end engagement.
• Take ownership of active projects, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Navigate enterprise procurement, IT infrastructure, and security processes on the client side.
• Interfaces with CTOs and platform/ML engineering leads, not just procurement desks.
• Translate client product and engineering needs to our data/ML teams.
• Partner with sales to shape offerings as the business grows.
• Build repeatable processes and playbooks to scale across clients and industries.
