Job summary

Medtronic is offering a Sales Operations Internship in the Netherlands (near Heerlen, Maastricht or Sittard) with a hybrid work model. You will support the Inside Sales team across ENT services and contribute to service sales in the UK & Ireland.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, proficiency in English, and strong MS Office skills. You will work 32–40 hours per week with in-office days twice a week, and you will gain hands-on experience in Salesforce and SAP while

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Proficiency in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification of sales opportunities using existing reports, dashboards and business intelligence tools.
• Assist with opportunity and contract management activities in Salesforce (SFDC), including customer follow-up and data maintenance.
• Help prepare service contract renewal quotations for customers across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
• Support customer outreach activities related to new service opportunities and planned maintenance programmes.
• Assist in the preparation of offers and coordination between sales representatives, field service teams and customers.
• Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of reports, dashboards and process documentation.
• Daily utilization of relevant tools for sales-related activities (Salesforce, SAP etc.)
• Working closely together with inside sales colleagues, field sales representatives and technical consultants to deliver best in class service
• Create/ maintain work instructions for the work done during internship period
