Job summary

Stryker Netherlands is seeking a field-based Sales professional to grow our Sports Medicine business across the Netherlands. You will build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and stakeholders, develop new accounts, and support customers with clinical product knowledge.

You will coordinate tenders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver clinical value and align with market strategy. The role covers South Netherlands and major cities, requiring travel, strong Dutch/English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory plan that grows existing business, develops new accounts and wins competitive business.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, surgical staff and hospital stakeholders.
• Approach new customers directly and keep opportunities moving through regular follow‑up.
• Start preparing for tenders 18 to 24 months before publication. Align key stakeholders, understand the decision‑making process, build the clinical strategy and show the clinical value of our technology.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical champions and reference sites to support long‑term growth and strengthen our clinical presence.
• Support procedures, workshops and product training after completing the required clinical education.
• Help shape the annual marketing plan and bring it to life in your territory.
• Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, operations and colleagues across Stryker to provide solutions for our shared customers, while maintaining reliable forecasts, account plans and pipeline information.
