Uitzendbureau zoekt een Production Operator in een cleanroom in de Nijmegen regio. Je werkt aan de productie van hoogwaardige roeststalen componenten voor internationale high‑tech industrie. Je behandelt, reinigt en inspecteert buizen en onderdelen na lassen en bewaakt kwaliteitsnormen.

De functie is fulltime (40 uur) met een 2-ploegendienst en kans op een vast contract. Belangrijke voordelen omvatten 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantietoeslag en reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per km.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring vereist.
• Ervaring in productie, logistiek of assemblage gewenst.
• Technische affiniteit en interesse in roestvrij staal.
• Ervaring met cleanroom is preferent.
• Goede Engelse communicatie is vereist.
• Eigen huisvesting en vervoer.
• Beschikbaarheid voor fulltime 2-ploegendienst.

Responsibilities

• Pickelen van stalen buizen en componenten om lassenverkleuring te verwijderen.
• Voorbereiden en inspecteren onderdelen voor behandeling.
• Grondig spoelen en reinigen na behandeling.
• Lasseninspectie en oppervlaktinspectie op juiste behandeling.
• Discoloratie handmatig verwijderen met hulpmiddelen zoals Scotch-Brite.

As a Production Operator in a cleanroom, you play an important role in the production of high-quality stainless steel components used in the international high-tech industry. Your work ensures that products meet strict quality standards before they are shipped to customers around the world. You will work in a modern, clean, and professional environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.

You will be responsible for treating, cleaning, and inspecting stainless steel tubes and components after welding.

Your tasks include:

• Pickling stainless steel tubes and components to remove weld discoloration and contamination.
• Preparing and inspecting parts before treatment.
• Thoroughly rinsing and cleaning products after treatment.
• Inspecting welds and stainless steel surfaces to ensure proper treatment.
• Removing any remaining discoloration manually when necessary using tools such as Scotch-Brite.
• Correctly securing tubes in a vice and handling components safely.
• Performing visual quality inspections.

• Experience in production, logistics, or assembly.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
