Jobster zoekt een Operator om samen met collega’s productielijnen veilig en efficiënt te laten draaien. Je leert de machines en processen via een uitgebreid on-the-job trainingsprogramma onder begeleiding van een ervaren coach.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO niveau 3 diploma in een technische richting.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal voor veiligheidsinstructies.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, afstellen en bijstellen van geavanceerde productielijnen.
• Toezicht houden op kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang.
• Identificeren en oplossen van processtoringen.
• Onderhoudswerkzaamheden en eenvoudige reparaties uitvoeren.
• Samenwerken met onderhoudstechnici bij technische issues.
• Voldoen aan veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures.
• Ideeën delen om het productieproces te verbeteren.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator, you and your colleagues will work together to keep the production lines running safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will learn how the machinery and production processes work through an extensive on-the-job training programme, supported by an experienced coach.

Good cooperation is essential in this role. By sharing knowledge, helping one another, and working closely with maintenance technicians, you will contribute to a smooth production process and a positive working environment. You will also have the opportunity to support new colleagues and contribute ideas for improvement.

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
• Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Following safety regulations and established procedures.
• Sharing ideas to improve the production process.
• Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
• Working with your team to maintain a safe, clean, and organised workplace.

• A gross monthly salary of €4,000 to €5,000, including a 27.50% shift allowance and ADV allowance.
