Jobster zoekt een Operator die de productie lijn veilig, efficiënt en ononderbroken laat draaien. Je start met een uitgebreide training en krijgt begeleiding van een ervaren coach om de machines en het productieproces grondig te leren kennen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden incluem: bedienen en controleren van geavanceerde productielijnen, kwaliteitscontrole en onderhoudsgerelateerde taken, en samenwerking met onderhoudstechnici om technische problemen op te lossen.

Qualifications

• At least an MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field.
• Good command of the English language to understand safety instructions.
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift system.
• Own accomodation and transportation.
• Technical insight and demonstrable technical skills.

As an Operator, you ensure that the production line runs safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will start with an extensive on-the-job training programme, during which an experienced coach will guide and support you. This allows you to become familiar with the machinery and gain an in-depth understanding of the entire production process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
