Zusammenfassung

Uitzendbureau in de Nijmegen-regio zoekt een Hightech Operator voor een moderne, schone productieruimte waar precisie en technische deskundigheid essentieel zijn. Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst met vroege en late shifts en draagt bij aan strikte kwaliteitscontrole van HIGH-TECH-componenten.

Je ontvangt een marktconforme beloning, 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantie-uitkering en reiskostentegemoetkoming per kilometer. Doorgroeimogelijkheden en voortdurende training staan centraal in deze functie.

Qualifikationen

• Volledigé werkweek op twee ploegen (early en late)
• Technische productie- of CNC-ervaring is een pre
• Aandacht voor precisie, kwaliteit en details

Aufgaben

• Inspecteren van inkomende onderdelen en materialen volgens strikte kwaliteitsnormen
• Reiniging van onderdelen met ultrasone apparatuur en droging volgens procedures
• Verwijderen van lasoxidatie op rvs-componenten conform eisen
• Kleine CNC-gerelateerde bewerkingen en machine-controles waar nodig
• Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies
• Verpakken van eindproducten in cleanroom-omgeving volgens procedures
• Aanleveren van verzendlabels en productiedocumentatie ter ondersteuning van logistiek
• Onderhouden van een schone, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek volgens cleanroom-protocollen

Wat je gaat doen

As a Hightech Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,695 including shift allowance;
• A full-time position in a two-shift schedule;
• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Late shift: 14:30 - 23:00

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should have a strong willingness to learn and develop yourself.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Have technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience;
• Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work;
• Are comfortable working with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools;
• Have basic computer skills;
• Can read technical drawings (preferred);
• Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus);
• Speak English and/or Dutch;
• Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
