• Technische opleiding afgerond in een relevante richting.
• Ervaring in technische productie/hoogtechnische omgevingen.
• Ervaring met het lezen van technische tekeningen.
• Ervaring met precisie meetapparatuur.
• Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
• Bereidheid tot tweeploegendienst (06:00–14:30 en 14:30–23:00).

Responsabilidades

• Inspecteren van onderdelen en samengestelde producten voor verzending.
• Uitvoeren van dimensionale inspecties op basis van tekeningen en specificaties.
• Meten van producten met passer, micrometer en andere meetinstrumenten.
• Identificeren van afwijkingen en documenteren van non-conformiteiten.
• Opstellen van inspectierapporten en andere kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
• Goederen vrijgeven die aan de kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.
• Samenwerken met productie- en montage-teams om kwaliteitissues op te lossen.
• Suggesties doen ter verbetering van inspectie- en productieprocessen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Quality controller, you are responsible for checking whether components and assembled products meet the required quality standards.

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections based on technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and other quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to identify and resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.

Functie-eisen

You enjoy working accurately and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You understand technical drawings, like solving quality issues and feel comfortable working in a structured technical manufacturing environment.You also have:

• A completed technical education, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar field;
• Experience within technical manufacturing, assembly or high-tech production;
• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings;
• Experience working with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work;
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift schedule:
  • 06:00–14:30
  • 14:30–23:00
• Good English communication skills;
• Basic MS Office skills;
• Your own accommodation and transport.
