Job summary

Wena BV in Eindhoven is seeking a Cleanroom Operator to join our high‑tech production team. You will work in a cleanroom cleaning, processing, packing and assembling components according to fixed work instructions, with opportunities to learn more tasks as you gain experience.

• You enjoy practical, hands-on work in a production environment.
• You are physically fit and comfortable standing, walking and regularly lifting and moving components.
• You work accurately and follow procedures consistently.
• Basic computer skills for registering completed work.
• Good command of the English language.
• You are looking for a long-term position and motivated to learn the trade.
• Experience in production, logistics or a technical environment is an advantage.

What are you going to do?

You will work in a cleanroom cleaning, processing, packing, and assembling components according to fixed work instructions. From there, you will gradually learn more tasks within the cleanroom. Experience is not the main requirement — we are mainly looking for someone with discipline who genuinely wants to learn the trade.

• Over time, take on more tasks within the cleanroom and develop yourself broadly

Work together with your teamou will work in a cleanroom cleaning, processing and inspecting high-tech components according to fixed work instructions. This is a physically active role where you spend most of the day standing, moving components and following strict procedures. As you gain experience, you will learn additional cleanroom processes and further develop your skills within the team.
