Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for MV solutions based in The Hague, NL. Lead a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers delivering MV power distribution solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data centers worldwide.

Focus on people development, technical oversight, and quality engineering while enabling sustainable project execution. You will coach engineers, promote collaboration, and align teams across global factories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.
• 10+ years in power distribution, substations or switchgear.
• 3+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers with clear priorities.
• Drive recruitment, succession planning and mentoring to share knowledge.
• Provide technical and operational direction; drive quality, standardization and innovation.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Commissioning while advising on bids and resource planning.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders; align global teams with Siemens MV factories.
