Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Engineering Manager - Security Standards and Hardening based in the Netherlands. You will lead a team responsible for applying rigorous security practices across OS, cloud, edge environments, and modern software platforms, including FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP, and the Cyber Resilience Act.

In this role you will combine people leadership with deep technical involvement, shaping security practices, cryptographic modules, and compliance

Qualifications

• Coaching and developing engineering talent
• Experience with security standards and hardening practices
• Strong understanding of software security and secure engineering
