Job summary

EPI Company is seeking an Engineering Manager for Security to embed security at the core of our technology and culture. In this role, you will shape the team’s vision and objectives, establish clear goals, and drive continuous process improvements.

You will connect security with other engineering teams, fostering collaboration and building a scalable, secure infrastructure aligned with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in cyber security engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams with a track record of scalable infrastructure.
• Predominant hands-on work ~50% of time while guiding strategy.
• Ability to align security decisions with business objectives.
• Strong background in securing infrastructure and complex products; cloud security a must.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the security engineering strategy embedding DevSecOps and secure-by-design across the SDLC.
• Lead and mentor security and platform engineers, fostering growth and alignment with EPI's security vision.
• Architect secure cloud environments and enforce IAM/RBAC and authentication best practices.
• Strengthen compliance readiness with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with Security, Platform and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
