Salt is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for scalable, reliable technology solutions. You will drive technical excellence, people development, and product delivery across backend systems, platform services, and data platforms.

You will collaborate with Product, Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, and business stakeholders to shape strategy, improve platform capabilities, and ensure teams deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of software engineering experience with people leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing and developing engineering teams.
• Strong background in backend systems, distributed applications, APIs and cloud architectures.
