We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering scalable, reliable, and high-quality technology solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence, people development, operational performance, and product delivery. Working closely with Product, Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, and business stakeholders, you will help shape engineering strategy, improve platform capabilities, and ensure teams deliver measurable business value.

This role offers the opportunity to work across backend engineering, platform services, data systems, and modern software delivery practices while leading a team that supports business-critical products and services.

• Experience delivering complex technical projects in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, CI/CD, and operational excellence.
• Experience managing production systems and driving reliability improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms and data-driven products.
• Exposure to geospatial data, location-based services, or mapping technologies.
• Experience working alongside Data Science, Analytics, and Machine Learning teams.
• Knowledge of modern observability, monitoring, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

Qualifications
