Job summary

DataSnipper is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial engineering leader to own the technical direction of the full customer lifecycle platform. You will stay hands-on enough to make hard calls, raise the bar for engineering, and shape pricing, licensing, and onboarding with cross-functional partners.

You will lead teams, drive AI-assisted engineering, and expand ownership as the area grows, including onboarding/offboarding, metering, and billing across the Excel add-in and related products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering teams, on top of 5+ years as a software engineer.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the full customer lifecycle platform, and stay close enough to the code to make the hard calls credibly.
