Job summary

C Teleport is seeking an Engineering Manager (Team Lead) for the Back Office & Integrations squad in Rotterdam. You will shape the technical direction, contribute production code, and grow the team while ensuring delivery against the roadmap.

Leading from Rotterdam, you’ll partner with Product Owner to break work into MVPs, maintain production stability, and drive integration with customers’ systems across planning, HR, and finance platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with deep .NET/C# expertise.
• 2+ years of hands‑on people management as an Engineering Manager.
• Strong hands‑on coding experience and architectural oversight.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the squad's technical direction and MVP delivery.
• Lead and coach engineers, manage performance and growth.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to plan roadmap and ship increments.
