You will blend engineering leadership with architecture, ensure delivery excellence while maintaining long-term health, and drive AI-enabled initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and developing engineering leaders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own the technical direction across multiple teams.

• Drive engineering and delivery excellence at scale, establishing standards for quality, security, maintainability and modern practices while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Balance delivery with long-term technical sustainability, prioritising technical debt and improvements.
• Drive alignment and continuous improvement across teams, resolving dependencies and systemic challenges.
• Accelerate AI-enabled engineering and lead related change across teams.
