Job summary

BrightWolves NL in Amsterdam seeks an Engagement Lead with 4+ years in management consulting to guide client projects that grow, optimize, digitalize and sustain. You will own engagements and receive coaching from senior Wolves in Belgium.

You will develop expertise within BrightWolves offerings, lead client workshops, and build BrightWolves’ presence in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years professional experience, including significant management consulting experience.
• Develops an area of expertise within BrightWolves offering.
• Based in the Netherlands to work in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Analyse businesses’ dynamics and processes and use your helicopter view to assess improvement potential.
• Make structured assessments of existing processes, roles and responsibilities within an organisation by conducting interviews and collecting relevant data.
• Leverage your problem-solving skills and business judgment to identify, structure and present solutions to clients.
• Lead and manage projects from A to Z.
• Coach consultants and share your expertise with them to help them develop themselves to their full potential.
• Write down compelling client presentations with clear and well-structured messages.
• Engage and build trusted relationships with our clients.
• Develop ownership of our internal processes to boost our sustainable growth.
• Building up BrightWolves’ reputation in The Netherlands, and grow your team.

Are you a professional with 4 or more years of experience ready to have an immediate and visible impact on assignments that focus on helping our clients to grow, optimize, digitalize and sustain?

Immediately after the onboarding, you will start working on one or more client projects as an Engagement Lead. You will be responsible for the project while receiving support and coaching from team members and senior Wolves (based in Belgium). You will rapidly be exposed to a variety of strategic topics in different industries. You will play a pivotal role in building up BrightWolves presence in The Netherlands.

Your profile

Master's degree with a passion for business transformation and an appetite to help our clients grow, optimize, digitalize and sustain.

4 or more years professional experience, including a significant part in management consulting or a similar role in the industry

You have developed (are in the process of developing) an area of expertise within the BrightWolves offering

Excellent presentation and communication skills

You share our vision and passion for delivering a positive impact to clients and beyond

You are based in The Netherlands to work in Amsterdam
