Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and grow the Mendix & RapidMiner delivery practice in the UK. You will own services revenue, manage client relationships, and guide a high-performing team in a fast-moving tech environment.

You will report into the MXRM Delivery leadership within the EMEA Delivery organisation and collaborate with engagement managers, solution architects, and other leads across the region to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven client-facing delivery experience in services, consulting, or tech.
• Experience leading teams and coaching delivery staff.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing at senior client levels.
• Understand low-code/no-code platforms and enterprise software at a credible level.

Responsibilities

• Own services revenue and bookings within your client portfolio, incl. renewals and expansions.
• Lead a consultants team with hands-on management and day‑to‑day involvement.
• Maintain portfolio health, escalate delivery risks, and ensure client satisfaction.
