Job summary

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking an experienced Mendix Developer to lead enterprise Mendix initiatives in Amsterdam. You will design scalable domain models, ensure security and performance, and drive automated testing and CI/CD in cloud environments.

The role requires 8–10 years of Mendix experience, an active Mendix Expert Certification, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe setting. You will work with Siemens Teamcenter PLM integrations and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Mendix development experience.
• Active Mendix Expert Certification is required.
• Hands-on experience integrating Mendix with enterprise platforms (Siemens Teamcenter PLM or similar).
• Strong domain modelling for scalable, secure Mendix apps.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks (ATS, unit tests, API tests).
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment pipelines and cloud/container Mendix hosting.

Responsibilities

• Develop Mendix applications with enterprise-grade quality.

Job description

• Mendix Development:8–10 years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade Mendix solutions. Candidates must hold anactive Mendix Expert Certification.
• Enterprise System Integration:Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying Mendix applications integrated withSiemens Teamcenteror comparable enterprise platforms such asPLM, ERP, or MES systems. Hands-on experience withSiemens Teamcenter PLMis highly desirable.
• Application Architecture & Domain Modelling:Expertise in designinghigh-performance, normalized, and scalable Mendix domain models, with a strong focus on data integrity, security, performance optimization, maintainability, and enterprise scalability.
• Security & Performance:Strong understanding of Mendix security architecture, including role-based access, entity-level security, data access controls, and best practices for optimizing application and database performance.
• Automated Testing:Hands-on experience implementing and maintainingautomated testing frameworks, including Mendix Application Test Suite (ATS), unit testing, automated regression testing, and/or API testing.
• Deployment & Release Management:Solid understanding ofCI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, environment management, version control, and release managementfor Mendix applications. Experience deploying applications incloud-based and/or containerized Mendix hosting environmentsis required.
• Cloud & Container Technologies:Practical experience working with modern cloud or containerized environments and understanding the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise Mendix applications.
• Agile Delivery:Proven experience working withinAgile enterprise delivery frameworks, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders. Experience working withinSAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)environments is preferred.
• Enterprise Delivery Experience:Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently on complex enterprise applications and contribute to technical design and delivery decisions.

8–10 years of hands-of Mendix application development, holding an active Mendix Expert Certification.

Proven track record of building and deploying Mendix applications integrated with Siemens Teamcenter or similar enterprise systems (PLM/ERP/MES). Teamcenter PLM knowledge is a strong advantage.

Expertise in designing performant, normalized, and highly efficient domain models with a strong focus on data security , performance optimization, and enterprise scalability.

Experience implementing automated testing frameworks (e.g., Mendix Application Test Suite / ATS, unit testing, or automated API testing).

Solid understanding of deployment pipelines, release management, in containerized/cloud Mendix hosting environments.

Practical experience working within Agile enterprise frameworks, preferably SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
