Job summary

Mendix in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Consultant Lead Developer to advise and implement technical solutions for customers across The Netherlands and the rest of EMEA. You will guide customers and partners in integrating the Mendix App Platform into their enterprise landscape, collaborating with enterprise and application architects and customer teams.

The role is hands-on and involves Scrum/Agile projects, with travel within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Software Development projects (5+ years).
Hands-on experience with the Mendix platform, including Advanced certification.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, SQL.

Responsibilities

Becoming a Mendix guide, driving innovation through Mendix technology implementations.
Guide our customers in a changing world to create a Human-AI workforce.
Hands-on development using the Mendix platform from planning to customer adoption.
Support and empower customers and partners to become self-sufficient with Mendix.
Train customers and partners to elevate their Mendix skills.
Champion Scrum/Agile-led implementations with Mendix for clients.
Collaborate with R&D to enhance the Mendix Platform for customers.
Contribute to EMEA Communities of Practice with knowledge sharing.
