Sia is seeking Senior consultants to drive transformation projects for clients, building strong relationships and delivering measurable results. You’ll handle data structuring, analysis, benchmarks and workshops, while coaching new hires and contributing to knowledge exchange across industries.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree, 3–6 years of relevant experience, and a passion for data and AI. English and Dutch proficiency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 3-6 years relevant working experience.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!

Responsabilités

• Involved in transformation projects at clients.
• Execute project assignments including data structuring and analysis.
• Conduct benchmarks and people interviews.
• Animation of workshops and process mapping.
• Prepare functional specifications.
• Coach new hires and juniors.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange across industries.
