Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or business with excellent grades.
• 3–5 years working experience; project management experience and/or energy markets is a plus.
• Analytically strong: structured, forward-thinking with strategic insight.
• Excellent communication: active listener, strong in verbal; fluency in English; Dutch or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation programs for major European energy clients.
• Provide strategic advice and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable change.
