A leading energy consultancy in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Consultant to guide complex transformation initiatives in the energy sector. You will work closely with clients on digital transformation, IT/OT alignment, and process optimization. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree, 3–5 years of experience in consulting, and fluency in English and German. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting or complex transformation programmes.
• Experience in business and/or technology-driven change, preferably in energy or utilities contexts.
