Job summary

Pytes Europe is seeking an experienced technical support engineer to provide expert-level support for energy storage products, including batteries and inverters. You will bridge customers with engineering and sales teams to deliver seamless solutions across Europe.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong customer service, and travel within Europe to support on-site deployments and trainings. English proficiency is essential, with a proactive approach to product improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
2+ years in technical support, field service, or engineering.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and battery/inverter basics.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support for Pytes energy storage products.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using system data and logs.
Manage support tickets via our CRM and ensure SLA-compliant resolutions.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to relay customer feedback and bugs.
Develop technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for the local market.
Conduct product training and technical presentations for customers and distributors.
